A lovely campsite; you can tell the owners are passionate about their work. Shady, private, and not much (noisy) entertainment. Lots of Dutch people with young families, as there's a swimming pool.

We stayed for three nights, and you can choose your own spot. The surrounding area is great for hiking and e-cycling! The supermarket in Plombières (3km, hilly) is basic but has everything you need. A truly beautiful, neat, and clean campsite for a few days! Highly recommended!

Great location, paved pitches. No restrooms, but there is running water. Checking in is easy, done through the app and can be arranged on-site, but we booked a few hours in advance. You receive a code and then (once you're at the barrier) you have to press "activate" again. The code then turns green and the entry post lights up.

We also had a wonderful time with the camper at the campsite, you walk / cycle from the campsite to Braunlage. Relaxed atmosphere, clean sanitary facilities with really hot water and friendly people. recommended!

Arrived in the afternoon, posted by a regular camping guest with the message: "Register tomorrow". by bike through a beautiful landscape to charming Herford (20 minutes). had a nice meal. Paid the next day without any problems and moved on. an example of relaxation and confidence. campsite itself is fine, quiet. Many regular guests, nice new sanitary facilities behind the reception.
