Beach is reachable in 3 minutes. Place is under trees. Point deduction for the showers, as they are very very tight. There is not enough space to dry your things, you can only inadvertently put them in the vestibule. TV no reception only if you pay you can put a cable for 1.50. Everything costs extra: waste disposal, dogs, shower
