We've been at this campsite for five days now, and we can't understand why we always felt the urge to drive further south. This campsite has beautiful pitches on the Lahn River. This river flows gently towards the Rhine, making it ideal for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, and more. The surrounding area offers fantastic hiking and cycling opportunities. It's comparable to the Moselle, but quieter. The beach club is also fantastic.

What you read in some reviews is true. You hear the road and the occasional slow train. We did not experience it as a nuisance, but that is personal. The owner and his son are very friendly, the food and drinks are more than decently priced and the area lends itself to fantastic bike rides.

Lovely for an overnight stay. Nice wine and a relaxed atmosphere. Locals also came by for a glass of wine, which made it very cosy.

Great location for one or a few nights. We received a super friendly welcome and the wines were delicious. We also gratefully made use of the small menu (there are also pizzas, but we did not taste them) The only thing missing is a shower. We were also something afraid of the main road next to the CP, but in the evening the noise was not too bad.

We can only endorse the positive reviews. What a wonderful campsite to relax. The owners do everything they can to support the holidaymakers. Even the toilet paper was nice and soft.

The campsite and facilities may deserve 4 to 5 stars, but that constant stream of trains/metros….. We were outside the campsite on the cp. The nice and clean toilet block is nearby, as is a nice children's playground. great place, but the trains (from 5 o'clock) ruin it for us.

Great place to explore Prague. The gate was already opened by calling 5 minutes before arrival. Then we arrived in a beautiful garden / motorhome / camping site with excellent facilities in which the city sounds only came through to a limited extent. Public transport is 100 meters and cheap. The heart of the center is about fifteen minutes. We will definitely come back to this beautiful and safe place.

The camping pitches and sanitary facilities may deserve more stars, but the impersonal and slow service at the reception and terrace brings the rating down considerably. The quality of the food is not what I am used to in Germany. In addition, there was a good hour between the order and the receipt of a schnitzel. Finally, the downer is that it is not possible to pay for food with pin.

What lovely people Henk and Gaby are! Staying here feels like staying in a B&B, but without breakfast. This beautiful valley deserves to be visited. Certainly with the help of Henk's tips there is something for everyone.

In fact, everything has already been said. This campsite is small but nice. The pitches are not too big, but the facilities are excellent. You must like peace here. We will definitely come back.

Based on the reviews we would drive past this campsite. Because some other campsites were full, we stopped there anyway and guess what; it is a top campsite! sanitary good, terrace and restaurant top and the environment is great!
