We spent two wonderful days here. The owner offered to drive us to the castle, a surprising drive through narrow and steep streets. The Moorish castle/ruin is highly recommended, as is the village with its various restaurants and shops. Do make sure to take the country lane to the camper pitch before reaching the village; the streets in the village are really very narrow.

We are arriving here just before Easter, which is high season according to the campsite, but that doesn't mean all the toilet blocks are open.... There is a large group of young people, so everything is full in the morning and evening and toilet paper has run out. The camper pitches are also very small; there is a nice cycle route to the city, though it is poorly signposted.

Great location on the marina. Friendly reception. With the machine paid 200 crowns, you get two papers, one behind the window and one with the code for the nice clean toilet block. The pitches are by the water and with electricity. You can also discharge water, take in water and clean the toilet.

Nice campsite with a friendly welcome. The restaurant is highly recommended, great food for a reasonable price, especially by Norwegian standards.

Simple camping, great care, the manager speaks good English and is very helpful. A must for a quiet stop with ample places.

Top class, young lady did very well her best to speak English. Very quiet, but that is the time of year. Plumbing Good, camping or dated, but fine for an overnight stay.
