Visited again, always something different and surprising. Why is Belgium so special, the camper place is on the language border. who pays for what of the infrastructure? Yes, no electricity and no plastic monotonous grass and pruned hedges. But the sanitary facilities are spotless, and nature is priceless. And beavers and kingfishers, next to the canal and the impregnable bunkers from WWII, a 1 km walk away. The substrate is made of local flint grit. 12€
lees meerin terms of location, excellent. it is quiet, the surroundings are very beautiful and it is a great base for walking or cycling trips. It's a shame that the place is not really furnished and maintained. there are no facilities either! sometimes you can go to the marina... Invest a bit and it would be worth the money.
