The place no longer exists. There is a large construction pit there. But you can park 24 hours a day to the right of the museum building. Payment via an app, but only bookable with an Estonian network. A friendly Estonian helped us out

located next to museum Seaplane Harbour (Lennusadam), Noblessner IGLUPARK (igloo sauna park) and many restaurants. Nice view to the see.

Great place to spend the night, a bit dingy, but at the back you stand on grass against the fence of the harbor. We ended up there with 5 campers. Walking distance to Tallinn's beautiful Old Town. Slept peacefully.

Information
public, level parking next to the Maritime Museum. It's free and we spent a quiet night there. Better to stand at the very front of the museum ships, so that you are far away from the road. Distance to the old town 1,5 km.
