Unfortunately, free accommodation also leads to abuse. The location is good, as described. It would be better not to offer free electricity and charge, for example, €5 per night, to promote throughput. This would likely encourage visitors to visit local businesses, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, etc. After all, it's a vacation, not a place to live.
