In the heart of the Bastides d'Armagnac, we offer you for A STOP, 4 independent pitches, for VANs and CAMPER VANS, from 50 to 80 m2, shaded and semi-shaded, with a drinking water connection, electricity, (solar shower, dry toilet ONLY FOR NON-AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES), wifi and waste sorting, and 2 guest rooms. (LES HOTES LANDES 40 Saint GOR) Our 5000m2 park located in a wooded area with its bowling alley, its free swimming pool and its SPA (SPA 6€ / PERS / DAY by reservation), are at your disposal to relax. Arlette and Christian welcome you for a stay of 1 to 2 nights (+ contact us) in a calm and comfortable setting, respecting the places and the people, as close as possible to the charming hosts of our forests. Shaded and semi-shaded pitches on the edge of the forest in a quiet area with water and electricity on each pitch. Activities Boules pitch, darts, archery, free swimming pool and spa (€6/person/day) on site and hiking at the foot of the house. Other remarks - A tourist tax of €0.32/person over 18 years old will be charged. - Pets are allowed (4€ / day), BUT PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE, in order to distribute them among the rooms and the 4 guest campervan pitches, (LACK OF PRIOR REQUEST MAY BE A REASON FOR REFUSAL). Generally speaking, the park is authorized for customers' dogs and cats to the exclusion of all other animals. Owners must constantly supervise them, ensure that they do not access the aquatic area or the ornamental pool, nor damage the premises and that they do not disturb other guests. - ARRIVALS ARE BETWEEN 4:00 PM AND 7:30 PM. (Formula “check-in arrival BEFORE (between 2 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.) and arrival AFTER (between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.): +5€/vehicle. -Departures are before 10:45 a.m. (Check-out option: departure after 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.: +€5/vehicle) -No wood-fired barbecue. -No cooking with flames outdoors. -No emptying possible on site. - Garbage sorting possible. -A breakfast option (€9/person adult, €4.50 child - 10 years) is available upon RESERVATION 48H IN ADVANCE, (please contact us directly to make this reservation) and SUBJECT TO SPACE WITH THE GUEST ROOMS.
