5 stars would be perfect, it's not, but very close. The shared shower room with limited space is a bit annoying. But always very clean and functional. Very nice and helpful operator couple. Good location with everything you need, thoughtful and practical. I don't think the flat-rate electricity fee is fair either, but there should be meters. All in all a nice and cozy place where you can stay longer.
