The very beautiful location is not worth much: young people come and go late into the night with cars and noisy motorbikes. Thanks to Corona, it's even worse than before! This parking space is therefore only recommended in bad weather, then the annoying youngsters stay away.

During the day always full and very loud due to motorbikes from very early morning to very late in the evening. We left annoyed, as did 3 other motorhome drivers.

Next door is a large school center. Therefore only recommended during the school holidays. During the school season a lot of noise from early in the morning. Our sleep was ruined by it. Those who have no problems getting up at 6 o'clock are comparatively good there.

Depending on the wind direction, the motorway can be very noisy. Not recommended in an easterly wind. But this is not noticeable during the day. So it's okay for the (picnic) break in between.

Been here in early June 2020. Well signposted, but no marking directly on the site. You share the parking space with normal cars. Otherwise quiet, nice location. Unfortunately, the dumpsters stink unbearably. Leave annoyed. Because of the stink only 3 stars. Otherwise it would have been 6 or 7 stars.

Perhaps not visually appealing, but ideally located. Aubusson is an ideal stop on the go. There is a lot on site that the motorhome needs. The parking space is not right next to the trunk road, but that's a real advantage. So you don't hear loud trucks and can treat yourself to a real break.

I felt similar to the other camper "Nelson": too loud to sleep. There is almost as much traffic as on an expressway. On top of that is too far to the dune. We drove to the paid parking lot at the dune. It is always worth the money for easier ascent! In the low season it costs even less there. The only disadvantage: you can't stay there.

Addendum to my review: it is worth to drive to the waterfalls nearby! However, in good weather, the local parking lots are occupied early. That means: go early in the morning or take the e-bike (it goes quite uphill). The most beautiful are the falls, if it has rained the days before, but otherwise worthwhile.

The access on the Maltatalstraße is steep and narrow, not easy to drive! Be sure to think ahead! Scenic spectacular! Do not forget hiking boots! There is no possibility for shopping, so you have to buy before in the valley (near the motorway exit there are a few very good shops). There are also very worthwhile rest stops near the pitch. During the day in good weather a lot of bustle, quiet at night. The toll is high, but the KärntenCard (48 € / 7 days high season) includes the toll as well as many other attractions (https://www.kaerntencard.at/sommer/wochenkarten/).

My rating refers to the time before the construction work: The rest area offers next to a gas station (AGIP) and a rest stop for breakfast, etc. not much. The parking for teams (possibly also for Womos allowed) are very easy to control, without needing to make maneuvers. In the summer of 2019, the rest stop was rebuilt and the parking for campers were not available. The construction measures are currently (12/2019) allegedly finished. Before you go and spend the night, I recommend a call to the gas station: Tel +43 6478/800. Overall, this place receives from me 6 stars. It is very convenient and the easy access is very good. Not good, the volume is both by the nearby passing highway and the noise of approaching and departing trucks. But that works for a few hours sleep.

My experiences were rather bad here. The owner seems to have problems, as the area is in transition (many construction sites for new buildings). She should withhold the guests with her sometimes bad mood. Since I had noticed only after the check-in, I had no choice but to stay the paid night. Overall from the location in order. Nice camping. 1 x up and down with the cable car (next to the campsite) per stay included, as well as visit + guided tour of the castle worth seeing. Walk through meadows to the place. Sanitary is very nice, at least when I was there (2018). In the high season, the place is rambling. Normal rate is high, with ACSI Campingcard (currently € 20) more than ok. Access via the pass Obertauern is steep, locked for teams and not recommended. From Tauerntunnel / St. Michael about 15 minutes.

A quiet campsite on the Ossiacher See. Away from the bustle of other places. By bike through a beautiful nature reserve to the bathing place on the north shore in a few minutes.

How long the community to which this rest area belongs hesitates depends on each individual user of the rest area.

Two weeks ago, a couple of friends of mine were disappointed in this place, as I was last year and other friends in June 2019. It was anything but beautiful: dirty, loud, insecure. Nice, quiet place. A little too far from the highway. When I was there in November after rain, the place was very soggy.

The campsite can be beautiful, but it is not the northernmost camping Sweden. I do not like such false claims, so there are only three stars. Otherwise, the annoying CKE is needed for this place.

The place did not please us. It does not look very clean. Many large puddles after rain. The neighborhood looks directly from the apartment buildings into the mobile home. You have no privacy. After a few hours of sleep, it went on.

No more than a large parking lot with separate area for mobile homes. On weekends some village youths mean that they have to use the parking lot as a rally route. Otherwise quiet at night. From 6 o'clock more restless.

Freundliches Personal, sehr ruhige Lage, gutes Sanitär, zivile Preise. Bis in den Ort 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

Actually great place with superb view too River Rhein an Black Forest but too many noisy young people of neighbourhood villages with loud music until 3 a.m. or even longer. Not only on weekends.
