Entry now costs €15, and electricity and water can be purchased for €10 or €5. In return, you get a quiet spot and plenty to do. The moated castle looks beautiful in the evening. The bistro at the castle offers good, reasonably priced meals. Several discount supermarkets are nearby. Its proximity to Hamburg makes this campsite an attractive option.

Extremely clean and well-maintained. Comfortable restrooms. Reception very helpful and friendly. Those who find airplanes annoying should check Google Maps. There's an international and a military airport nearby. The beautiful surroundings make up for this.

Campsite with mostly chalets and RV pitches. Two sets of three family showers are available. Very comfortable. A toilet is also located in the shower room. Friendly staff. Charlie's Bistro is great. Modern furnishings and a very friendly team. The food is very good and served as it is. Bread roll service is included. Various new vending machines, including ice cream. Excellent.

When will people understand the difference between camping and a parking space? A parking space is a place to stay overnight, not a permanent spot for parasites. Two Dutch women apparently looked at the donation box, but didn't donate €4. The restaurant is spotless. Friendly staff and a great kitchen. Where the truckers eat, when they're not driving for €5, it's always good. I even managed to get an ice cream sundae. It was just as delicious as the food.

There were at least six no-entry signs in the parking lot. Only from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m. I dutifully parked across the street; it was only 11 a.m. I studied the menu and did a few things. We wanted to enter the restaurant at 6 p.m., but I saw two new signs in the distance saying it was closed for a company outing. They must have thought of that right before we left. Thanks, never again. Our son lives here; we'll go somewhere else.

We've been here again! Simply a wonderful setting. The clubhouse parking lot was packed, but the night was quiet. Big boats and moaners can go to Heidestrand Sonhoven for €28.

A truly fully equipped city parking space. Nice and quiet. The 24-hour billing may be standard practice, but it cost me the full rate for one hour. Leaving the space by 11 a.m. would be practical. If I have to go to the hospital early again, I'll park somewhere else.

I agree with the 2025 reviews. Restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff. The fries are now almost Belgian quality.

The location is great, has everything. The fair is paid for with tokens. Electricity costs 19/16 cents in France, day/night, for 1 kWh. Here, it's €2 per hour. Electric heaters are in a bad place.

Josstaps has seen the world, but doesn't understand it. A friendly welcome, large, quiet pitches, dingy but clean sanitary facilities. Delicious pizza in the village, pre-order. I'm enjoying the peace and quiet now.

Anyone who thinks East Frisian jokes don't exist anymore has to take a shower here. Wild West swing doors but no shelves. Hold your breath before the heat comes cold. Almost only dog owners, because the other Ossi, that's what the East Frisians used to be called, doesn't want dogs. Mainly long-term campers. There's a kiosk, but the kitchen closes completely at 4pm and 5pm. Everything else is there.

Quiet campsite, beautifully located. Friendly staff, from reception to the bistro. International clientele. 33 euros including showers without shelves. Hot water can take a while.

No longer designated as a mobile home parking space.

Beautiful natural campsite, from the mini tent on the Weser to the mobile home, everything is possible. Very friendly reception. The quality of the sanitary facilities completely sufficient. There are idiots who shower 15min. Then there could be more showers. The price of €1.50 should also be given honestly, no chips, no watch. We felt good.

Great view, nice harbor master. Except for gray water disposal everything nearby. We will reserve next time.

Clean and quiet, lots of space. Houses in the environment. Beautiful park with pond in the immediate vicinity.
Sitecode: 10929
Beautiful, quiet pitch. Many leisure activities possible. Except TV. This only with a thick battery. The trend is towards the second book.

I was here in 1970, there was no soap, I needed mine. Are you crazy? Will be here again February 2019. It's my pleasure. Even without soap.

I would like to join the general adulation. Are here for the second, not the last time. Many possibilities.

On arrival I thought the photos are a fake. But we found a gap where we could park better in the evening. City parking with corresponding possibilities.

The community is really hard. Chapeau! Very nice place. See photo. VE at the on-exit.

Nice quiet parking space, nice village with a shop for local products. Great view from the castle to the Ardeche. The kitten of photo 1 is still walking there.
Sitecode: 64267
Idyllic, very nice surroundings and nice people, including staff. Spontaneously extended by one day.
Sitecode: 23251
Nice pitch, not so crowded in September. Unfortunately, stinging critters are everywhere. Water only at reception hours. 8-18 clock. Too much dust.
Sitecode: 56716
Good parking space for an overnight stay. Not after TomTom but a little further 500m, left ..
Sitecode: 64711
Quiet until the senile bed drive drives the French. 7 o'clock radio, control service doors and chatter. The driveway is narrow, passenger eyes to 😅. Bathing difficult because of aquatic plants. Even the cormorant goes by.
Sitecode: 29405
Compliant with the other good reviews. Pitches nice big, silence at night. During the day a few brainless exhaust fetishists.
Sitecode: 2276
Pitch as mixed parking. At night you only hear the stream, it drowns out the cooling of the ice rink. As with all free places, permanent campers. Have stayed again after 3 days.

For a free parking space, Chapeau, slept well. Was well occupied, still quiet. Recommendation.
Sitecode: 28853
Agree with the others. Very nice parking space. If you want more can next door to the campsite. We have saved this place.
Sitecode: 3817
The castle and the old town should be seen. The pitch is rather puny. I would have fit into a field with Ducato, but the 4 mini courts had shared three thicknesses. Disposal toilet would be worth two points, is not.

Fremdschämen, the brain-torn day parking prohibition still exists. Motorhomes are forbidden during the day, but half-baked driving in the evening Piuretten. It is a centrum near place in planning, but then it is nothing with Stauseewandern. Hicks !!

We are here every few years. Always very satisfied. Beautiful place, great swimming pool, sauna world and a bistro. Of course, the standard space supply and disposal. Bread service.
Sitecode: 1022
Quiet location. Sanitary too much on bio. Urinal smells awful although the room with three showers is not heated. Pay attention to no chemical toilet discharge point! That is the area in Ockholm! Old presbytery. 3 Motorhome pitches.
Sitecode: 1016
We have been worse. Not really nice, but first row. Cost 0 €, which is often forgotten in the comments. May only be a motorhome. The big water sports enthusiasts rarely have an idea what a motorhome is.
Sitecode: 1018
Very nice place, various restaurants with delicious fish dishes. Sanitary just great.
