We went to Phantasialand for a few days. This campsite is perfectly doable. Just spend the night and then take the shuttle bus from Brühl to the park. The campsite itself is a bit messy. The facilities were closed. The sanitary facilities were sufficient. A great place for this purpose, but it doesn't really invite us for a holiday.

Great mini-campsite! Hospitable friendly people and fresh bread rolls to order. Clean sanitary facilities, spacious pitches on gravel. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

A family campsite in surfers paradise. Always busy and noisy. The location is great. Stunning views and a romantic sunset. The walk to the beach is beautiful, but a bit of a calf biter. The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day, but are also dirty quickly. The restaurant is always busy, but (perhaps because of that) somewhat variable in quality. The small shop has fresh bread every day (if you are on time).

Wimereux is a fantastic place and compensates for the negative aspects of the campsite. It is always a bit noisy, the sanitary facilities look old and not perfectly clean. The pitches are spacious and separated, but all a bit slanted. But if you can handle that, you will be fine here.

Quiet campsite with very neat and complete facilities. In the middle of a historic city at the foot of the castle of William the Conqueror. Top!

There is electricity, that is the only plus. The other facilities have literally collapsed. The whole thing is poorly/not maintained. It is a dark remote corner with few visitors. Doesn't really give a comfortable or safe feeling.

Very spacious places with possibility to stay multiple nights. Electricity, clean water and garbage and waste water dump are well taken care of. Within walking distance of the picturesque center. Recommended on transit!

Neat overnight stay. Quiet and yet close to the center and beach. The places are clean, semi-paved and just big enough (not very spacious). Fine on the way.
