Good wines, friendly wine sales staff. Unfortunately, the power supply was very poor. We and many others had no power that night. When we reported this to reception, the friendliness was over. We decided to leave early rather than spend another night without power. We had paid for the electricity for two nights, but they didn't want to hear about a refund!

Actually, it's a nice place. The entire infrastructure takes some getting used to. You have to read and follow the instructions very carefully, otherwise you'll run into problems. Only paying in cash is a bit outdated, but when you talk to the people in charge and they tell you that people throw all sorts of things (e.g., washers, etc.) into every opening, you can understand why they want to keep the "sources of error" as low as possible.
