A quiet campervan site owned by friendly farmer Thorsten. He prefers to book in advance by phone. Tel: +49 173 356 9239. From the CP, there's a view of the Lilienstein rock formations. The summit, with several viewpoints, can be reached via the south or north entrance. A challenging climb, but the view is worth it.

It's also within walking distance of the Altstad. Plenty of room for campers. Continue to the barrier, which opens automatically. There's some train noise, but it's not bothersome.

This camper site has just been created by Camping-Car Park. It's not yet operational. It's still free to use, but electricity and water are not included. Dumpsters are available.

July 2025. Beautifully landscaped. Great spot. 8 people (max. 7m) with electricity. Drinking water. And at least 12 pitches for the larger campers. Toilet, cassette, and wastewater disposal are free. We will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Nice place to stand, but this morning we were rudely disturbed in our sleep. v From 06:00 to 07:30 with a deafening noise of helicopter(s) flying over with spray arms on both sides, which were spraying the grape fields against the mountainside.

This is real Norway. Free camping in remote nature. The unpaved 8 km road is indeed easy to drive.

Today a Spanish woman came to this camper place after parking. possible junkie full of tattoos and we had to pay him €20 for 1 night, because he had pointed out the parking lot to us, he said. didn't feel like hassle, so we moved on to another place outside Valencia. Quiet camper place. 4 nights, with a view of the mountains with vines and on the other side of the Moselle an old arches taliet from 1878 where the train often runs. Drinking water for free just outside the camper place next to the steel waste containers. Prime location.

June 2017 paid for the water for 2 nights and sent the following day if we did not pay anymore. They could not remember they had given us p.24. Do not want to admit any mistakes. We felt very customer-unfriendly treated to the rude and that is a reason for us to never go here

Nice quiet places, 7 PCs, volunteers come leaflets. Dirt container was present. electricity and water is in preparation. Beautiful position on image to visit the nature reserve where the Niers Oedt and runs through it. Perfect for walking or cycling. Very worthwhile.
