Wonderfully quiet campsite with spacious pitches, a friendly welcome, and neat sanitary facilities. The catering area is closed from 2025. It's a shame, but understandable. We had a wonderful overnight stay here. Thank you, and we'll definitely see you again.

Nothing wrong with it, but it's not a particularly special CP in our opinion, so the price-quality ratio is in line, so to speak. Oh yeah, and the shower with β¬0.50 tokens, what's that? A bit sad, honestly.

Super fun, cozy, small-scale CP that goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with plenty of personal attention. In the evening, we all enjoy chatting by the fire pit. It's truly enjoyable. Thank you, and we'll definitely see you next time ππππ₯π₯π₯

Second time here with our dog, Elvis. Beautiful, hospitable, clean, plenty of space, an off-leash area at the CP, quietβall words that fit. A small drawback, perhaps. The beautiful bathroom facilities are downstairs, so you have to go down a flight of stairs. You pay for electricity in advance, which is difficult to estimate. You'll either suddenly be without power or you'll pay too much for your own good. TIP!!! If the price includes electricity, then charge a slightly higher price.

This place is truly wonderful, with super clean and spacious bathrooms. The owners are incredibly friendly, hard-working people who are passionately building one of the most beautiful CPs in the Netherlands, where you can enjoy delicious food and relaxation. Good luck, and we'll definitely see you again, because we're 1000% sure we'll be back! πππ

Five stars isn't enough for this place in development, as it's already more beautiful than ever. The managers are pouring their heart and soul into it, and it's clearly evident everywhere.

Great location, super quiet in the evenings and on weekends (some noise from the industrial estate behind it during the week). Spacious pitches with or without shade, good and clean toilets and showers, everything is very well maintained. Hats off to the managers! π

Everything you could possibly need or think of is there, nice sanitary facilities, wifi, but above all, it is close to the city centre (2.5 km from the Dom, 18 minutes walk), the only point is that there are limited times to check in, which is a bit inconvenient. A tip for the manager, which he/she has probably heard before: "make a barrier with a check-in column", then this CP will be 1000% fine.

We ended up here more or less by chance, but it's a great spot, shop, restaurant, spacious place, clean sanitary facilities, good wifi, indoor pool, etc., etc. A real campsite where we had a nice stay while traveling for β¬27.50 including everything (even entrance to the indoor pool). Nothing to complain about that.

Great place, and every CP should have a similar payment system. We planned to stay one day, but it ended up being three. We really enjoyed it, swimming in the Moselle, and having dinner at Grandma's village pub. One point for improvement would be to make it visible from the outside of the restrooms when the toilet or shower is occupied/available, as it's currently not visible in the otherwise beautiful and clean restrooms. Perhaps two showers is a bit limited if the CP is sufficient?

We stayed for two nights. It depends on the location, but we were bothered by the road and the gas station (even at night, as it's frequently stopped by noisy people). It's a beautiful town with a truly magnificent castle, and there are affordable restaurants in the village. The owners are friendly and helpful. The toilets and showers aren't the newest, but they are very clean.

A super nice and friendly welcome with a few eggs as a welcome gift, how lovely! Spacious pitches, everything perfectly arranged. TOP TOP TOP!

It's very clean and the managers are super friendly, and there's a nice restaurant within walking distance. The dog had a wonderful run near the parking area. I didn't use the restrooms, but I did see them, and they looked great.

This is almost a perfect campsite, nice and clean sanitary facilities, spacious places, everything clearly and conveniently arranged without too many signs about what is and is not allowed and must be. we had a great stay here Fam. v af n de Burgh thank you very much and until next time.

Close to the centre of Franeker because that is really around the corner, the campsite is a bit dated especially the sanitary facilities (1980 I think) the price is just up to date. Simple and fine for a stopover and hikers/cyclists. What we did notice was the large number of signs on the campsite with texts such as "keep away", "forbidden for", "only intended for ...." will have been necessary in the past but is it really that hospitable?

Here you have everything you are looking for as a camper, a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful spacious places, beautiful sanitary facilities, friendly and hospitable reception, good and understandable explanation. In short, thank you very much for the fact that we were allowed to stay with you and keep it up, we will definitely come back ππππ

Hospitality, spacious places, nice spacious showers, it's all top CP here and wonderfully quiet Very nice stay during my two-day stay at a course in Oirschot

A really nice and neat campsite that is equipped with all conceivable comforts, beautifully situated on the water with private sanitary facilities. The area is also nice with many cycling routes and Belgium can also be reached by bike of course. The campsite has really friendly staff and we will definitely come back here again. Achterste Hoef βTHANK YOU IT WAS A GREAT STAY WITH YOU!β

Nice campsite with only split which I don't like that much but that is personal of course. super tight all but the desired payment procedure by the managers I found a bit unclear when they are not present to be honest, they are very friendly by the way and they value having personal contact with the visitors which is always nice of course. also accessible for large campers.

nice casual atmosphere with a hospitable welcome, really nothing wrong with this place ps. fair price
Sitecode: 99433
Definitely go there if you like peace and quiet because it really doesn't get any better than this cp a 10 points. ps. there is nothing to do within walking distance so bring a bike is the tip

Pros: friendly welcome, cycling distance from Valkenburg and Maastricht, spacious pitches, nice and clean sanitary facilities, super friendly atmosphere, quiet place, we will definitely come back! Cons: uhhhhh thought about it for a long time but couldn't think of anything. 9-3-2025 to 10-3-2025

Advantages: neat, spacious pitches, close to the city, German friendliness, restaurant, lovely showers on the first floor (not convenient for people with walking difficulties). Disadvantages: expensive for a CP, power cable across the path, German friendliness, restaurant 2.5 stars 7-3-25 to 8-3-2025.

Super friendly welcome, I was there in a super rainy period and that resulted in puddles of I have you there on the site, I was allowed to stay but it was finally closed (they could not arrange it that quickly at Campercontact) so that was a great offer, shower was out of order in the winter period but that is no problem then we shower in the camper that works fine. I will definitely go back there (in good weather)

Stayed 1 night at this super nice place for dog owners in particular, nice indoor area with bar terrace TV and a cold beer delicious. minus point is there is also nm the highway you hear quite a bit but that is maybe also because I was there in the winter and there were no leaves on the trees. I will definitely do it again in the summer because the places are great and our dog loved it there in the off-leash area π
Sitecode: 54394
Stayed 1 night, it was a really neat place and paved is also great. 500m walk and you are in the Druunse dunes which was great for our dog. No shower in the winter period when it freezes, so we showered in the camper too. lovely quiet place friendly reception with a good explanation of how everything works and where we could do something etc. π

Beautiful place, on the edge of a lovely walking forest, every now and then a plane flies over (nothing to worry about we think) relaxed atmosphere with super nice sanitary facilities and no endless list of rules but just act normal is the motto here. Thanks and until next timeβ¦.
