There is much confusion about the location. This Aire is amongst the trees and grass only, it is NOT by the restaurant and play area near the lake. we had a super quiet night here 19/09/22. Recommended
Sitecode: 239
only a few vans so plenty of room. A bit of confusion at entry. simply pull up to gate and take ticket. then pay at machine 50m away in the bus car park. Out of season €19 but still expensive. Brügge is expensive and touristy and I reckon you could actually park outside the city and ‘do’ Brügge in less than 4 hours! (Just sayin). If you really must stay, recommend :)
Sitecode: 2394
All as previously said by others Very quiet but 2 other vans arrived in the early hours and the odd barge went by too. Nothing to be alarmed about and felt very safe here. It is vertically in the middle of nowhere! Nice place to chill. Recommended.

Here 10 Nov. Well laid out at edge of carpark but out of the way. Free 2 amp electricity. Good size level gravel bays. Very quiet at night. Easy access to the town which has all you need. Only toilet dump on site but no water so use your grey and keep it clean! Good stop on way from Mosel to Brügge. Recommended. ( oh and Aarschot Pastry from Deleu on Schaluin 58 is really yummy!)

Stayed here 9 Nov. As stated by others CoOrdinates are wrong! Continue North for about 800m go under bridge then the parking is on the right directly the Mercedes Benz dealer. Parking is with ticket from machine for €1 per hour (8 to 17) then free overnight. There is noise from road but OK for 1 night stop. Cochem is all the Mosel towns in one! Touristy but attractive. Aldi over footbridge.

As previously reviewed by others. Stayed here early Nov for one night but did not see ‘the man’ so no one to pay! Delightful site but by the road so noisy until late. Good value although we did not use Electricity. Village looks lovely but we had no time to see it as early start next day. Recommended
Sitecode: 963
Here early Nov. Only one other van. Man collects money around 17:00. This is only really a parking stop by the river but it is quite pleasant for a night or two.
Sitecode: 6553
As described! Lovely position and very quiet other than odd barge passing by :) Tidy and well laid out. Lovely older couple collect fee between 5 and 6 PM and again in the morning. We paid €8 elec is another €3. Good position for the morning sun. Recommended :)

Stayed here 5th Nov. Still quite busy. This is a massive Stellplatz and right next to main road and quite out of town. Toilets were dirty. This is an expensive car park! However it is the only practical place to night stop in Trier. As for the town? We have seen better, interesting but others are available :) We did feel secure as safety in numbers but on your own it would feel isolated!
Sitecode: 21399
It’s free, convenient, tight for space, and a bit scruffy but OK for a transit stop. The town is alright but not worth a stop. There were a few trains but we slept through most of them. Can’t say I’d return here. We discovered that many vans were just over the border in Luxembourg on mixed parking, much better

Called in 4 Nov but could not understand how the Pay by Mobile phone system works. Looked OK at first but a bit busy. Looked a little as if the long term type were here. I think there are much nicer places to stay.
Sitecode: 1376
Here for 1 night 4th Nov with only 3 other vans. As said by others a nice stop. Easy cycle to Epinal along the velo route. Very quiet overnight. We would stay here again.
Sitecode: 15889
2 nights here early Nov, lovely and quiet especially at night! Well lit and the services were free at this time (no electric). Mesnay and Arbois are lovely and the walk South to the head of the river is beautiful, do go and see the ‘tufs’. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this stop.
Sitecode: 2298
Called in to stay 31 Oct. no vans and rather scruffy looking. What put us off was the massive Gypsy site full of travellers parked right next it (no wonder it was empty!) Site is on busy main road next to industrial estate and not worth the money. We left!
Sitecode: 46573
Called in to stay here 31 Oct. FULL at 15:30 packed in like sardines with a few long term tatty old vans too. Very tight space even for us at 5.4 x 2. Left without staying. Can not really recommend
Sitecode: 24869
Just a car park but with a nice view. Here with 4 other vans 30 Oct. be careful with satnav so follow road signs towards citadel first. Well lit and very quiet overnight. Not as easy access as others in town but free :)
Sitecode: 56716
2 night stop late Oct waiting for heavy rain to stop! Just a gravel car park but fit for our needs. Very quiet overnight and useful launch point for Gorges du Verdon. Woke up to snow! Haha. I’m sure this could be busy in summer and desolate in winter but would stay again :)
Sitecode: 22130
Stayed here 27 Oct. we were the only van. The parking space is well lit and really quiet at night. Can not comment on the village or the view as it was foggy and rainy :( I would add a note of caution regarding use of Satnav, ours sent us through the village and some really narrow streets!! We just managed it in our 5.4m Fiat panel van conversion. Enter from the South and do not enter village
Sitecode: 7228
Stayed here 2 nights late October. Very quiet overnight, about 6 campers and only 3 to 4 cars in day. Great for walking to Gordes or Village des Bories. We cycled to the Monastry, you need to be fit for that one! This is probably not so nice in Summer but this time of year it’s great. We would stay again
Sitecode: 22399
Stayed here mid Oct with about 8 other vans. A bit dusty but it IS a farmyard :). Very close to town and easy cycle to Pont du Gard. Haribo museum and shop about 3k down the the hill. Lovely people and lovely wine (from about €5). Very quiet overnight and felt very secure. Recommended :)
Sitecode: 22306
Mixed car parking but very quiet on Monday (when shops closed). Here mid Oct and about 12 vans. Water is best from the red Pillar in the park (just opposite the toilets in the corner of the school building) and free:). Lovely old medieval town and a 2000 yr old roman bridge too! Stayed 2 nights. For a simple stop recommended. Very quiet at night also. Probably busy on high season!
Sitecode: 2482
As described by others. Really quiet overnight and well light by street lights. It is mixed parking not an Aire as such. Deffo recommended :)
Sitecode: 2468
Stayed 2 nights mid Oct 18. Quite ‘run down’ Aire with dubious water and toilet drop. At the far end of carpark and evidence of ‘long stay’ types when we were here. Lots of building site work going on with much org the Aire cordoned off. All in all a bit scruffy really. This is deffo parking in a grubby car park. Probably one of the less nice aires we have stayed at. We only stayed due rain
Sitecode: 21036
Stayed here 2 nights mid Oct 18. Lovey and quiet, well laid out with good tree shelter and right next to river. Police do come round and check everyone is not staying longer than 48 hours (quite right too!). The toilet drop is a bit ‘tight’ on space but all does work. The illuminated sign at entrance is very informative. Lovely walk up to Rennes Le Chateau. Would deffo stay here again
Sitecode: 55502
This is a great place to stay in Brecon, quiet and right by the river. No services but no problem for us. There is a fee for day time parking up to £3.20 for the whole day..... well worth it! Nice canal walking and cycling too. Well done Brecon!
Sitecode: 24628
Convenient for Andorra. Here on 11/12 October, very busy with vans in over flow area. Dusty and baron, but pleasant enough town. Many people just wander through the Aire and a few ‘youths’ racing through in cars and doing donuts in the over flow. We have stayed in much nicer places. Only recommend for a night stop.
Sitecode: 43063
Stopped here 10 Oct 18 and were only 2 vans. Could possibly feel a bit isolated out of season (did a bit now!). As said by others, all in including electricity (which is a bit random on the button pushing!). A good night stop on way to Andorra.
Sitecode: 68729
Stayed here 8th Oct 2018. Still not finished but FREE at the moment! The layout is good with all parking spaces facing the river/town and electric post (not working yet)per van. There is only 1 tap at the services used for toilet at well so clean it if using a hose! Good secure spot with lighting overnight. This may be pricey when finished? But it will be a great place in winter! Recomended
Sitecode: 26076
Did not stay here but cycled up from Biescas to have a look. Close to all village amenities. Noticed the two electric plugs on the trees! (really?). If coming again I would stop here, a bit further than Biescas to drive but nice scenery on the way! If you have kids there is a nice little play park by the river
Sitecode: 54354
OK for a night stop. A bit scruffy and quite public mixed parking. Good for cycle North to Sallent de Gállego. Quiet at this time of year (only 3 vans) and subject to mountain winds.
Sitecode: 19389
Good stop for Somport tunnel. As described by others but in October busy but not full. Plenty of shade if you park next to the green playing area. Quiet at night. Town is interesting but easily seen in a few hours. Will use again if passing through otherwise not a ‘destination’ aire for us
Sitecode: 9777
Much as described by others. We did not stay overnight as on our way to Spain but spent a couple of hours walking around the town. Very well shaded from the sun by trees but note the tight access! I suggest arrive from the North so you can turn left into the Aire, this will give you more room. We are short but there were a couple of 7 to 8m vans who got in OK
Sitecode: 43182
Lovely Aire for a stop over. Signs are confusing and best to enter from the East side (Carrefour, where the water services are!). Very quiet overnight. Town has a nice feel and worth a couple of hours walk around. Would stop here again
Sitecode: 25212
Visited but decided not to stay. The adjoining parkland was over run with many ‘traveller types’ who looked as if they were in for the duration! Otherwise normally probably OK for a night stop.
Sitecode: 60539
Undulating but OK on mix of grass and gravel. Very convenient for Talmont and good cycling all the way to Royan! Very quiet and dark overnight. No facilities or normal village shops. €6 by card to enter regardless of duration. A convenient stop of going this way
Sitecode: 15598
Lovely stop very close to the village centre. Pin drop quiet at night and very dark too! Parking is on reasonably level grass by the road but don’t let that worry you. Nice village to wander around for a couple of hours. Good boulangerie behind the railway station. I’d stay here again
Sitecode: 25208
Free and convenient stop for North end of island. Shop was closed for harvesting so we could not try the wine :( Aire was full by 19:00 Quiet overnight but road is quite busy from around 06:00. Level and secure. We would stay here again :)
Sitecode: 13665
Level and busy site on gravel with an ‘off grid campsite’ feel including BBQs, tables and chairs and even someone with a campfire! Behind the dunes so sheltered from the wind but this means MOSQUITOES! It looked as if a few people had been here for many days but not in a good way! OK for 1 free night stop but I would use car park at North end of Marennes Plage next time (diagonal bays)
Sitecode: 1585
The area for camping cars is the long strip next to the car park. Level and very quiet at night. Use your fly screens, there ARE mosquitoes! Lovely old fort. We would stay here again. The other Aire just the other side of the fort is nice but I think you would feel isolated if no other vans there (none when we looked)
Sitecode: 1162
Well laid out grass pitches with plenty of hook ups. Note that entry ticket has exit and WiFi code so keep it safe. There is also a toilet block (WiFi is located there if you need a strong signal). In view of time of year there were about 20 vans so prob very busy in Peak months. Otherwise all as said by others. We would definitely stay here again.
Sitecode: 25445
Visited here with intent to stay but there are no set spaces for camping cars. It is simply the shopping car park. Can not really recommend unless a late stop and nowhere else to go
Sitecode: 15122
We parked in the Abbey car park during the day but moved to the over flow car park early evening. It was very quiet overnight (hear a pin drop) and we were joined by 5 other vans. Maybe a little alone if leaving the van during the day? We would stay here again. Very dark at night (no lighting) and nice mix or level gravel and grass parking with plenty of trees. Direct access to bicycle routes
Sitecode: 48854
As described by others here. Quiet overnight and a little noisy by day. Good for local walks and cycling. If you like wine then Rosnay is only 3 miles away :). Tourist office very helpful, good local boulangeries and an Intermarche supermarket about 500m away. Deffo stay here again.
Sitecode: 1435
Did not stay here (21/9/18) but filled up with water. Tatty small broken tarmac carpark in not very salubrious area. Noisy and dirty, also the extra space behind had 3 full time vans and a caravan who clearly live here. Would not stay here.
Sitecode: 23474
Stayed here 20th Sept 2018. Clean and tidy Aire just a short walk from centre and the old tower (with lovely walks in the park). Very quiet overnight. Good baguette from the boulangerie opposite the church!
Sitecode: 12178
As described by others already. Lovely and quiet but no sea views. Stayed here 19th September 2018 and quite busy even then (we were on the grass area opposite). Probably really packed in summer!
Sitecode: 191
18th Sept 2018. Level tarmac, quite busy and easy to get to. Nice walks nearby and lovely coastal walk to the North. Very quiet overnight but can get a bit windy.
Sitecode: 2094
Stayed here 17th Sept 2018. Bays on grass with the beach view fill quickly and require levelling ramps. A lovely place for a stop especially for Brits on way South. Quiet overnight and lovely coastal walks.
Sitecode: 23471
Visited this Aire 20th September 2018 at 11:30 and already full including 2 tatty old vans that are clearly here for a long time! Decided not to stay. I think it would be possible to feel isolated and vulnerable here. It is on the fringe of town and very industrial.
