A pleasant place to stay in the winter.

Nice cp on grass with sufficient shade, at the entrance behind the hedge are the garbage containers. From the cp walk to the river along which a path runs: right 15 min to Beynac (bakery, butcher and vegetables), left half an hour to Castelnaud and 1 hour to Roque Gageac. Also rental of kayak. It is better to first look at a place on foot because some concrete slabs are short or are 10 cm higher than the road. Under trees and within walking distance of the town. Also plenty of walking opportunities for dogs along the river. When it rains it gets very muddy. Now a lot of noise because of festivities in the town (16/08).

Quiet cp with lots of shade under the trees. Quiet at night. The bell rings at 7 pm and 8 am, so you don't have to set an alarm. You can hear the train but it doesn't bother you, it doesn't run at night. Pleasant place next to the cemetery to catch your breath and enjoy nature. There were 8 of us and there was still room left.

Not much to do in the area as far as walking is concerned, but cycling routes.

Visited at the beginning of April. Only parking space with overflowing garbage can. No facilities. Was full of cars and tents for covid testing. A little lower, a beautiful picnic area on a stream...unfortunately, you can't stand there...there was 1 camper. No place for us, so we drove 17 km further to the motorhome place Riomo terme along a very nice back road...a part of the Italian cycling tour...Pantani on the way....

Well-maintained free motorhome on a very large parking lot along the water in a large park. Picnic areas, unloading area and electricity at 25 cents per 2 hours. we were there at the beginning of April and 8 campers. Quiet at night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Nice place to walk the dogs and take a walk.

Dog friendly. 2 worthwhile walks leave from the campsite. Loosplaats newly constructed, all facilities (shower with coins) available for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
