A beautiful campsite on the highest point of the island. It's a great place for hiking, swimming in the sea, and enjoying the magnificent views. The campsite is old, but the restrooms are clean and everything is provided. You can also get a drink or a meal there, which is more than you'll find in all of Sandvig at this time of year. The former manager has a very friendly assistant, and we were allowed to choose our own pitch.

We had not yet been to this campsite, but read that pets are not allowed.

a star for the shopping and one for hot water in the shower, at least for the person who does it. For the rest one of the worst campsites we have ever stayed at. Hardly any shade under the old pruned trees. The sea there you come from under the sea grass. They apparently do not know how to mow grass. And the waste has to be separated, so there you come with your bag, pick it out and then also garbage opening hours. Toilets dark and old.

campsite directly on the lake. 2.5 km walk on a beautiful path along the lake to Zell am See. Beautiful location, everything just renovated. New sanitary facilities annex reception annex restaurant. Everything super-deluxe. Prices are also there, we were in the off-season on a luxury spot for €68.50 with camper, electricity, dog and 2 people.

what a special campsite this is, we enjoyed it. Beautiful places with a view of the Schmollensee. There is a nice terrace and special, but good and clean sanitary facilities. With the dog you can walk there.

we arrived here and the machine to check in was broken. We were let in anyway and looked for a spot. Later at the reception there was a long line, because it was quite full and cash payment. Dog walking field is not maintained. 6 showers/toilets for 155 places is far too little. And nowhere else a tap on the campsite. That's why 3 stars

The website states that this campsite is for disabled people only and will be full by 2024

elongated campsite near Middleton. You can easily walk to the village with a supermarket and nice shops and restaurants. The campsite itself is messy and a bit run-down, but it's fine for a night.

campsite on a busy road, according to my route from the ferry and you can hear that well, even late at night. Nice walks into town and to the water with its promenade. Serious problem at the campsite with very noisy camping guests.
Sitecode: 41757
beautiful campsite, a lot of rabbits for us, which is not a success with a dog (but for the dog). Reception not manned on Sundays and the person you have to call cannot be followed. Had a delicious meal at the Laird Inn.
Sitecode: 28874
beautifully situated campsite. Price/quality is not right, €40 is a lot for this campsite. Sanitary facilities are very fresh, but outdated and not very clean. The reception and reception are in good order.
Sitecode: 106284
This is no longer a small campsite! Beautiful camper sites and tent sites added. Sanitary facilities still in containers, but good. many tents also from the many hikers.
Sitecode: 73661
The campsite is located near a pub with good pub food and a nice beer. You can enjoy beautiful walks along the canal and to Leitrim. We were there on a bank holiday and it was very busy, but silent at night except for the babbling of the River Shannon. At the back of the campsite you have a nice view of the river and you can see the boats passing by from the harbor.

nice little campsite, simple and old, but clean. beautiful view of the mountains.
Sitecode: 22930
huge campsite right by the sea. Good and clean sanitary facilities with 2 comments. Why not have a camper sanitary facility at each of the 3 toilet blocks and why not a washing machine at each toilet block? Just far too little for this large campsite.
Sitecode: 70965
Small campsite with pitches on grass, not soggy despite all the rain. Basic sanitary facilities, but nice kitchen. Everything is there. Pay in the supermarket.
Sitecode: 12578
nice campsite. Sanitary neat. Within walking distance of Haderslev and supermarket. Enjoy a walk in the park with your dog.
Sitecode: 86510
nice camper place with paved areas, almost a must in the autumn. Sanitary facilities excellent and very friendly manager. Pay in cash.
Sitecode: 78865
quiet neat campsite on the water. Just path to walk on around the lake, nice if you have a dog. Were friendly at the reception, even got a jar of syrup! Sanitary looks clean.

camping municipal on the Sarthe. A toilet block for a huge campsite. Friendly, English-speaking manager, who is rarely at his post. On weekends whole families and groups of friends, with or without camping equipment. Live music in the lively village.
Sitecode: 21898
you can stand here during the day, but not at night.

The campsite is beautifully situated on the Dordogne and you can be in Bergerac in no time. We were there after rain and then it is a real mud puddle. Sanitary old and small and dirty. Hospitable welcome.
Sitecode: 100380
small campsite with beautiful spots separated by hedges. simple but clean sanitary facilities. Nice area for walking and cycling to Tarascon.
Sitecode: 77022
we were here at Pentecost. Nice and quiet, nice and tasty restaurant. Bread service and good sanitary facilities. You can also swim in the Cèze and there is a beach. Way there over bridge without railings. Nice campsite and hospitable.
Sitecode: 58843
we were at this campsite with ascension. The welcome was very friendly and we were allowed to choose from a few places. we had a nice spot with a view. The view at the washing up area was unforgettable! My laundry was allowed to dry on a veranda of an empty house. Nice fresh bread and hospitality! Super.

positive: you can walk to the beach! Negative, the paperwork and the electrical boxes that have to be opened by an employee. Nice when everyone wants to leave at the same time and that one employee from hot to her, who has to remove those electrical cables. At the reception there is a row inside and outside and a row of campers in front of the gate! Worthless system. Advice do not take electricity!
Sitecode: 53703
nice campsite with some chalets. Beautiful view and close to the town. The toilet block is closed, but you can use the shower and toilet of one of the chalets.
Sitecode: 47428
wonderfully beautifully situated. Sanitary building old fashioned tiled, but very clean. With Acsi card 22 euros.
Sitecode: 74198
is nicely located in the town. Showers and toilets clean, but ladies showers flooded the entire area after use. Running the tap for 10 minutes before you have hot water is not of this time. A lot of noise from the road in front of and behind the campsite, quiet at night. Lady at the reception very friendly.
Sitecode: 94986
is open, but it is not a campsite, only a motorhome with water, waste water drainage and electricity.

is closed will reopen 1-4-23

for next year you can book!

great campsite, with very friendly staff. Sanitary also good and clean. Located nicely near place and walking forest.
Sitecode: 102449
Nicely located campsite right on the beach (stones). Good simple sanitary and clean. Enjoyed the view.
Sitecode: 49687
Campsite at a football/rugby club, who also have to cross the campsite to the fields. Shops and business areas at the entrance of the campsite. Nice path along the river towards town. Sanitary tight and old, but clean.
Sitecode: 51975
Neat campsite with spacious pitches and dog meadow. The sanitary facilities are clean but a bit of a mess. However, everything is there and a friendly welcome. No walks with a dog directly at the campsite.
Sitecode: 78364
truly a beautiful campsite, with beautiful spacious pitches, good sanitary facilities and great hiking opportunities. Settle is a nice place with plenty of catering and shopping options. We would go here again in a heartbeat and especially our dog!
Sitecode: 57202
really beautiful campsite. Overlooks a bay and the surrounding hills. Beautiful sanitary facilities, nice shop. You can walk to the beach on a steep path with stones, so you need to be able to walk! Price now for 2 people £49.50!
Sitecode: 42993
Campsite is close to Koroni, within walking distance. Nice restaurants along the water, old fortress / castle to visit. Nice new pool with sun loungers and bar/minimarket. New sanitary facilities with perhaps the smallest showers in Europe, but wonderfully warm water and clean.
Sitecode: 24170
The campsite is beautifully situated on the lake, you can easily walk into the city. But the plumbing is to cry, old and dirty. Toilets are a bit newer, probably because they are also used by the rowing club.
Sitecode: 77162
Small but nice campsite, just outside Gjirokaster, which is beautifully lit up against the mountain at night. Good sanitary facilities and restaurant. And Wi-Fi!
Sitecode: 19493
beautiful campsite right on Lake Shkodra. Good and clean sanitary facilities, new restaurant and delicious food, no bread service, but breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reception with small mini market. Book various trips. There is also glamping and lodges on the campsite.
Sitecode: 19430
what beautiful places on this site and nice to walk to the villages left and right. In the summer it will be very crowded and close together. But for us now in April delicious!
Sitecode: 26379
the campsite is actually still closed, but we are allowed to stand in the yard with electricity. water is not there yet, because it still freezes at night.
Sitecode: 89139
October to April closed
Sitecode: 68635
this campsite is closed, season end
Sitecode: 81277
It's true, dogs are not allowed on the campsite. In the town by the river there is still the icepark camping. We were allowed to go there.
Sitecode: 65110
There is a restaurant, where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner or pizza. No bread service or camping shop. Plumbing is very old and neglected. Location is nice with places in the forest and along the sea. Paved places in bad weather
Sitecode: 92140
beautiful camping spot, close to the beautiful monastery complex, which unfortunately was not open yet. You can enjoy walking and cycling on various routes. Village has a supermarket, butcher and bakery close to the campsite. Sanitary facilities are new, but very simple, less suitable for older members who are less able to walk. There is a discharge column and also a discharge pit and water tap.
Sitecode: 58913
We were here in the high season. Large campsite, packed. Endless waiting at the reception, far too little plumbing. A lot of noise during the day, but quiet at night.
Sitecode: 51149
Campsite with ugly fence on the non-waterfront and electric fence on all other sides, against the wild boar. Far too little plumbing when it is full, as with the wine festivals. So get way too dirty. Wifi only at the reception. Altenahr consists of hotels and restaurants, not a store. Sandwiches at the campsite.
Sitecode: 22559
The campsite is close to the highway, but still quiet. After rain it is a blubber bath. Showers are tiny, never seen like that. Making 2, 1 new would be a good idea. Hygiene was moderate. Still a 7, because the staff was very friendly. You can go for a nice walk in the Vroesenpark nearby.
