Many campsites could learn a thing or two from this one. Everything is provided: electricity, water, a good unloading area, spacious pitches where we could easily share a spot with our trailer and campervan, clean and tidy toilets and showers, and a covered area for sitting and washing dishes. And all of this is free, thank you to the municipality and residents of Borba. A beautiful historic town with lovely restaurants.

It's a great campsite, accommodating campers up to 7 meters long. We were there with a 7-meter camper and trailer. Beautiful views of the Tagus River and the park with its sculptures. The service area is well-maintained, with wastewater disposal, toilets, and fresh water collection. It's busy with park visitors during the day. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed until September 23rd. However, there are nice terraces in the park, and there's a tourist information office.

I would advise to remove the phone number and the email address. Tried to contact them several times by phone, when you finally get someone to speak to, you are asked to send an email that is then no longer answered. Too bad and therefore 1 star.

we are here now for the third year but what a decline this once so beautiful place is going through. sanitary facilities are cleaned every other day before every day, reception is closed, report to the restaurant where a business young man stands and collects your money and that's it. Everyone has free access to the site last year the gate closed at 22.00. the loading and unloading area is poorly maintained. this is the last time for us. shame for such a beautiful place

This public place has only 8 small marked spots but we were there with 28 campers and a caravan. Apparently the municipality tolerates the mass standing on this spot. You can walk or cycle to the center in no time. Everything is close by, bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The care place is working. The parking lot is on a busy route to the center so until midnight there is a lot of traffic and people walking to the center

one of the better paid CPs, very friendly and helpful owners who speak several languages. a beautiful terrace to chat with other campers. a beautiful living room to sit in bad weather with several seats and a small kitchen. toilet could use some renovation but is clean and is cleaned every day. there are small and mega large places with electricity and waste water discharge points.

Wooded area, used to be a location of a sanatorium, the campsite is located in the garden of an old villa, the ground floor of this villa serves as a kitchen and recreation room. A very beautiful CP, the road to it is quite narrow. A beautiful spacious campsite, the pitches are spacious, there are beautiful pitches on the river Loir, water taps and electricity available on the fields. The toilet building is centrally located and is dated but clean. Showers are warm and the water for washing dishes is even hot. There is a small camp shop and a super snack bar with tasty things such as moules/frites. We will definitely come back here.

A bit of faded glory but sufficient to serve as a base for visits to Merida by bike. Doable for our combination (camper with trailer 10 meters). To stand quietly you need a long power cable (40 meters +), otherwise you will be surrounded by campers with short cables.

A great location for a few nights to visit Cordoba and the excavations of Medina Azahara by bike. Cafeteria on the road sells bread, super market within walking distance. Camper site is easily accessible, even for the larger combination (camper with trailer), the access road could use some work. pitches are reasonably gravel and grass pitches. There is a toilet, clean water and discharge is also possible. Manager comes twice a day.

A good place to spend the night if you drive from north to south or south to north. There are 10 sites with electricity and demarcated sites. Unfortunately, not all campers adhere to the rules. If it is full, you are out of luck and continue driving. But here you just park your camper somewhere in the parking lot. I don't think that's the intention.

An excellent campsite located on the banks of the Maas with hard, spacious pitches. The sanitary facilities: a new block with rain showers and heated and an outdated block, but everything clean and tidy. With an extremely friendly manager/owner. Even now there is a bread service 24/10. For WW1 enthusiasts a great place to visit Verdun and other WW1 locations. Tip for the owners: lighting is allowed on the site at this time of year.

In itself a great place, spacious places, most with electricity. Good service place with all the trimmings. and there are toilets available. At the time of our visit it was super busy and no more campers could fit in. There were only French people at the camper site who were there for several weeks to receive treatment in Barbotan. Nice location for a CP, spacious sites, sufficient power points, good service area for discharging and filling. On a lake, lots of shade but also sun, lawn all around with picnic tables. a minus point it should now be 11.00 euros but we still paid 13.40 which is definitely worth the place.

A great location to stay for a few days. Accessibility can be difficult for large motorhomes or caravans. A real municipal campsite. needs a little maintenance. Nice campsite for a good price. Send an email the day before arrival to reserve a spot. The next day a nice confirmation that we were very welcome. On arrival a neat and tidy receptionist who quickly handled everything in a businesslike manner. Also a very good snack bar with pizzas and burgers of very good quality. This campsite is close to the route soleil and you can leave at 7am.
