Stam Caravans en Campers

Again purchased (exchanged) a camper at Stam, Sunshine Campers in Elburg. Earlier I wrote a review about this company elsewhere regarding my first experiences, which were mainly positive. This time again positive experiences. A reliable company, read honest owners, who provide good information / information / advice about their campers / products. And not unimportantly, agreements made are strictly adhered to. There is always something wrong with an used car, but the "defects" are always resolved to our full satisfaction (under warranty). Aftersales are fine. And to my satisfaction, they are open to feedback and do something with it. The employees, and part-time retirees (“Jan and his buddies” 😊), are customer-friendly and helpful. After our purchase of a chausson motorhome from 2009, we had a few problems, but in consultation and the cooperation of the staff, everything was resolved satisfactorily.
