Euro Camper

Today the last repairs were carried out on our Possl2Win camper purchased in May 2022. Were reported in the warranty period, but the parts had not yet arrived and the camper had to be stored. Nothing was too much trouble, cruise control was even neatly restored. The entry step and a roof hatch were also replaced under warranty. It is a very nice camper and we enjoy it a lot. Very nice company, pleasant treatment!

A dish that broke off upholstery that was very poorly finished by the upholsterer refrigerator that didn't work on 12 volts and some minor things. As well as poor paint job on the cabin paint that came off inside the door jamb. We went back to the seller, thought he could fix it. We had lost confidence and asked for our money back. After many negotiations, we had to agree to a loss of 2500 euros. Now it is for sale again for 31900 euros. So earns double money. Nice sellers, the good service only stops when paid. Camper check is therefore a farce. Advice has the camper inspected by an independent company.

The campers offered are of excellent quality. We bought a camper in December 2018 that would be taken in March 2019, that was no problem at all. The welcome was very friendly. We thought along with our wishes. During the first voyage, a few problems arose. A single electrical problem turned out to be very persistent. The company has made every effort to resolve this satisfactorily at short notice before the next trip. The approach is: the customer must be satisfied!

Have a quiet look at the intended camper from the inside and outside and then back again for a test drive. Full history was shown to us. Check on delivery that everything worked properly.
