have reserved a parking space. Just wanted a phone call the next day. ask if we could have a place further away from the bridge. Then I was talked to stupidly and told me: then I'll cancel their place. The next person will definitely be happy and just ended the conversation and hung up.😒🙈 I found that outrageous. That's what I call customer-oriented. Great!!😒 The place won't see me, so not recommended.

Great campsite. Guys at reception lovely , helpful and spoke good English. We got bus in and boat back from Heidelberg . Worth doing. Spacious pitches. Great pizzas at bar/ restaurant. Showers have communal changing same as swimming pools did. No issue at all. Hot water throughout. Quiet at night . Only down side for me was sinks for dishes up stairs . Would recommend . Great cycling paths .
