We stayed here in April 2022. It was fairly quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, the sanitary column was out of order. But I was still able to empty the toilet cassette - rinse with gray water from my own tank...... From here it is not far to the town of Ebrach and the treetop path! There was another camper behind us. It's good for one night.
lees meerSo 100% angeschrieben ist es ja nicht, dass man hier stehen darf (und nicht nur auf dem Camping ein paar Meter weiter). Scheint aber kein Problem zu sein. Ort gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Nicht viel los, das ehem. Kloster kann man auch nur von außen anschauen, wird seit Jahrzehnten als Gefängnis genutzt.
Parking space at the outdoor swimming pool. There is a sani column. Staying overnight is free. We were alone. Very quiet. At the end of the parking there is a small campsite where you are beautifully in green for 9 euros. I would recommend if you want to stay longer than 1 night. We visited the Baumwipfelpfad nearby, really worth it!
