Stayed here with Easter ‘24. Owners don’t speak much other than Italian. Super camper park, great facilities, a bit close to your neighbor. We could barely open the hatch-door of our garage. Nice little grass area where children can play. Not much shade for the vehicles, but the grass area has a few trees. The surface where the campers are parked has gravel. Tip for owners: The surfaces could be leveled better, everyone had to use levelers.

March 2024 March 2024 stayed on 13th March. Guy came out to meet us and give us the info, including a map and directions to cycle into the centre of Modena. Nice site, good facilities, toilets / shower and electric all included in the price.
March 2024 We experienced it differently. After pressing the button at the entrance gate, we immediately received a ticket and the gate opened automatically. Immediately a gentleman came to us with the necessary and friendly explanation. Beautiful places and easy to do by bike to Modena. Great place.
