Something about regulations regarding nuisance caused by sand due to too much wind due to excavation work. So no water and electricity yet on the pole next to the camper. Now supplied with power by means of various temporary power 'mushrooms'. To reach the water you still have to walk a bit to a building on the adjacent campsite.
