31/10/13, I have my Camper parked at the entrance of this district. In my absence of 30 mn are 5 illegal immigrants in my camper gone and have to hide themselves. They were discovered just before the descent. I was convicted on 2406/14: 2-year suspended prison sentence and confiscation of my camper. The cameras are there only to promote "work" of the authorities with the illegal immigrants.

July 2014 April 2014 'S right, the only acceptable place, but formally called no parking between 23: 00 and 7: 00!! Despite that I have at the end of april 2014 stay problem-free!
March 2014 By the way: Ceuta is one of the 2 Spanish enclaves in North Africa (the other being Melilla), so it is not a part of Morocco. There are ferries to from Algeciras.
