Nice clean rest area, excellent toilets, drinking water refill via a push button in your own watering can or jerry can.

no hose can be connected to the tap.

You can only discharge waste water if you have a long hose (but not ideal yet). Discharge toilet is fine. Refilling water is only possible with its own connection / hose. Not ideal for campers, but if really necessary it's ok. This place is basically a normal car parking space.
