Not for free! in our opinion you are not allowed to stand there at night and during the day you pay 2.20 per hour until 8 p.m. because the campsite was full, we did that during the day, cycled off and cycled to Bern.
It is a parking lot just in front of the campsite. There are no facilities. From here you can cycle to the (beautiful) city. If there is no place at the campsite(s), you are nice and quiet, but we chose a "stop-and-go" place on the campsite.
