Loket is a lovely place to park for free, with the castle (€6 entrance fee) perfect for a stroll. It's a lovely bike ride to Karlovy Vary (a beautiful city center) along "cycle route 6" that runs along the river. The other way, towards Cheb, is also possible, but it's twice as far. There are no amenities, other than large garbage containers near the apartment buildings. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as inexpensive restaurants. Sincerely, Carina & Christ

Great campervan site with a choice of electric (at the six fully equipped campervan sites) or no electric (on the lovely lawn). Skodaland offers plenty to do for all ages, and cycling to the city center is easily manageable. We had an excellent five-day stay. Sincerely, Carina & Christ

A great campervan site for us, with a friendly and helpful manager. €10 per night in an envelope, and an extra €1 for filling the water tank. We had a wonderful bike ride to Strasbourg and a beautiful loop via Ebersweier and Offenburg. We stayed here for three nights; the road noise at night is very bearable. Yes, you are on a 20 minute walk to the center, but that is where it ends, very slanted (didn't try it but don't think it could be solved with blocks) and no satellite reception. So visited the Christmas market (was nice) and then quickly moved on, waste of nine euros.

We come here regularly because it is a nice place to stand and to cycle, everything is available for only €6, - you have to get water with the watering can,, then the power is perfect, it says in large letters MAX 5 AMP (is 5x220 = 1100 watts) but always when we come there are different power points from their safety. SO PEOPLE DO NOT CONNECT ANYTHING THAT USES MORE THAN 1100 WATTS !!!!

Thanks Purmerend for this really nice place close to the center and a beautiful area to cycle, with now free parking until 1 Oct. and electricity 2kwh €1,- 100 liters of water for €1,-. Maybe in the future also a dumping place which I think is easy to realize with that sewer so close. mvrgr Christ

We stayed here for three days at Pentecost, during the weekend it was okay with the noise from the road next door, but on a working day it is quite noisy from 6 o'clock from the road and we found the concrete plant. In most places you have no satellite reception due to the double row of trees. All in all, we thought €6 was okay, but if another €6 is added for that little bit of electricity we use, we think it is too much. mvrgr Christ

A great free spot to explore the beautiful surroundings of Nuenen by bike, we were there during King's Day 2024 and there was music on the village square for two days.

Arrived here yesterday, the railway barrier was open so it was free, but no facilities, only for 2 campers, a working power point but no drinking or rinsing water, a shame. Had a nice cycle to Hasselt yesterday and tomorrow in dry weather to "cycling through the water" mrsgr

Good motorhome for visiting Legoland by bike 13 km supermarket 4 km by bike, all amenities, although chem. toilet in toilet and dirty water with bucket but all doable. We had 2 great days here for € 23, - incl. use of washing machine. Mvgr Carina & Christ

Great motorhome right next to the center, actually a bit short stay to explore the area by bike because there are more than enough places and villages in the area to cycle to. Now I heard from an older man who came to empty the ATM that when the parking garage is ready, the municipality wants to turn parking lot "Bolwerk" into one large camper place with facilities, so maybe 15 places. mvrgr Christ

Excellent location and friendly owners, indeed consult if it is too soggy, there is 1 place in the driveway. Beautiful area for cycling, many villages and towns in the area that are all within cycling range. In the summer it will be very difficult to find the satellite. Excellent cp, tolerated according to many Germans despite parking ban. we have been here for 3 nights without any problems, nice view and nice cycling along the Rhine to the left and right of it.

Free standing and electricity, now it was very boring because there was no shipping but in the summer it seems nice here if there is more activity, but it will be noisy when the Afsluitdijk is open again I think.

The places are not so nice to stand (behind the harbor building and restaurant) you will be awakened by the crowing of the roosters and the shouting of the peacocks from the children's farm. But 13 euros incl. Electricity, water, toilet emptying and toilet with showers is also not that expensive anyway. I am curious as to what time you will be woken up in the summer. indeed a nice quiet campsite, we paid 23 euros including electricity, for a night, according to the owner Cannes on the bike is doable but not recommended, better on a bike path to Nice. We only spent the night and rested for our trip on the Napoleon Route

Mooi plekje, vooral als je van rust en wandelen houd. Als je naar beneden loopt kom je bij een soort Lagune met waterval en zwemles. Zeer de moeite waard om te kijken daar.

Prima om de oude stad te bezoeken, liften zoals omschreven in de P garage om boven te komen. Let wel op bij de parkeerzuil dat je eerst de camperknop indrukt voor je betaald je kan dan 24 uur staan voor 13 euro. Overnachting is goed, wij stonden op een plaats waar sateliet ontvangst mogelijk was. En lekker veel schaduw.

Prima plekje, mooi uitzicht lekker gedoucht water gevuld en wc geleegd en dat allemaal voor 10 euro. Ook nog lekker gegeten in Pfunds. O ja voor stroom 0,70 euro per kw

Drie nachtjes hier door gebracht, gefietst naar Frederichshafen 40km vv en naar Uberlingen 40 km vv wel steile fiets afdaling naar Meersburg twee keer terug naar boven gefietst via Hagnau langs de provinciale weg de 31, terug naar Stetten, dat was om te doen.

Excellent service station for discharging cassette and filling dirty water and clean water. FFFF refueling is appreciated. The waste well was polluted by a previous motorhome driver who had not opened the hatch😡, after reporting the lady went along immediately and cleaned it together.👍.

Indeed a nice cp and wonderful cycling, to Mechelen, Heist opden Berg, Lier over the hunting trails or through the polders. Places are spacious, electricity € 0.50 per kw, water for € 0.50 free toilet and waste water empty, some improvements, that there is no larger trash can and that the loosputje on a mountain, very good aim to everything there to get.

Another place where I can actually keep quiet about keeping to myself. € 10, - all-inn for 72 hours, what will you do with that. You can cycle here via the junctions one day to Ypres the other day along the canal to Lille and the last day walked in the park and the village. Great place to visit Amsterdam by train, day return 6.40 pp, also nicely cycled through the polder and along the waterways and the Zaanse Schans.

We have been here in Aug. 2018 and have been here on the lawn just past the Serviceplaats, left, 3 nights, We have asked a German motor home who also stood there, and who said it was okay. We walked wonderfully to the carousel on top of the mountain and cycled to Merzich and Saarburg. At the service station you can empty the toilet and fill fresh water.

Very nice place, but very often full. Hopefully, there will be no facilities, because then they will stand still longer, now you have to leave after a day or two three away from power, water and toilet, but with facilities, everyone stays longer.

11-7-17 Prima spot, a bit of noise, but no trouble. Beautiful bike routes with lots of picks. Large shopping center and cheap eatery on Thursday at The Laughing Cow for € 7.50 pp incl. 1 consumption (main course with fries and lettuce and a small ice cream) dirty soap and toilet fine.

Nice spot at the marina, 2 euros or 6 euros all in a nice bike ride to the giant city of Ath and the castle of Beloeil, we were here July 3, 2017

Nice places, nice on the grass, canopy outside of chairs and enjoy. Beautiful cycling tours in the area.

The official sites are gone, and if they come back also are not clearly hatch, but we have stood on the parking of the truck and there was plenty of room. Opposite the former camper pitches you stand anyone in the way. Nice place and very nice bikes through Rottemeren and Kralingsebos back along the other side of the Rottemeren. We were there in early April 2017.

quiet place, friendly man in the store who takes the time to explain something, and also fine to visit the Maastricht bike. Shame there is no power point is present in these winter days.
