Stood here one night to see San Gimignano again in time for the hordes of tourists in the morning. Small places but everything is fine. Those who don't want facilities can stay much cheaper at the CP next door.

stayed here for 3 nights last week. ideal starting point for cycling and walking in Maremma and/or beach visit. village with shops and restaurants as well as the visitor center at 100 meters. sanitary facilities super neat and everything works. trees for the shade could grow a bit but are doing their best. 4 stars for a cp, 3 if it were a camping (price)

no less than 11 nights here, was our third time. Owners Bas and Domenica can be proud of this beautiful campsite: incredibly spacious places on a terrain with a unique view. shared meals and walks for those who want and a swimming pool with panoramic view. sanitary facilities are fine and clean. for the record: the campsite is naturist and the last road to it is steep, Hans and Francis

from 23 May here 3 nights. Free camper places at the top are nice in terms of space and view but only reachable with very steep access (challenge when it rains like when we arrived). Ideal place for walking (sasso Simone) and cycling (monte Carpegna) in the beautiful surroundings. friendly reception and sufficient good sanitary facilities for 20 euros per night. Francis and Hans

What a lovely campsite: spacious pitches, beautiful view, clean and perfect sanitary facilities and friendly reception. from the campsite plenty of opportunities to walk which we also did in this beautiful area. we only had 1 day but tasted like more. good starting point for walking and cycling. green campsite with very spacious places, village within walking distance. somewhat older sanitary facilities but super nice and warm shower and that for 17.50 (2 persons camper and electricity). recommended! hans and Francis.

Recommended: friendly and helpful staff, green and located on the Cares River, beautiful and well-maintained sanitary facilities and other facilities. Ideal starting point for beautiful walks. such as the one through the gorge from the cares to Caín. Within walking distance of the village. And that for 26 euros for 2 people and the camper. tried to spend the night here the night before last. Beautiful place indeed. When we arrived at the end of the afternoon, there were already a number of Portuguese campers outside with chairs and all. unfortunately there were also police there, this is not a formal camper place. is usually tolerated, but not now due to complaints. police were friendly but firm. alternatively stood in Ponte de Lima. Used as an overnight stay on the outward journey. 3 km from highway. Small, green and cozy municipal camping with friendly staff and all amenities and beautifully situated next to a lake. Paid 15 euros for 1 night. Hans Francis.
