If you are looking for an alternative: we drove to this village to cycle via Verde Vegas del Guadiana and parked our camper at the old Logrosan train station (GPS: 39.3407200, -5.4852747). This is a very spacious unpaved parking lot, easily accessible and directly on the 57 kilometer cycle path. We also spent the night there. We have written a report about the bike tour.
